Lynn Glover is deeply interested in the relationship between popular culture and human connectedness. With a sharp sense of humour, she explores these concepts through playful ceramic sculptures that represent banal online content, such as viral memes, and moments experienced in real life. Her work often swings from ridiculous frivolity to darker, more personal observations from her life experiences.
Graduated with a BA in Studio Art from the University of Guelph, she is currently an arts educator in Ottawa, ON. Founder of Goat and Rabbit Pottery in 2020. |
Anna Macquistan loves to look for the ridiculous and (only slightly) cursed things in life. She spends most of her time coming up with humorous situations, creating fun characters, and drawing a wide range of critters. Inspired by expressive artists and the natural world she likes to incorporate traditional textures and energetic line into her work.
Anna graduated from the Bachelors of Illustration program at Sheridan College. She is currently working as a freelance illustrator and potter in Ottawa, ON. |
